Dove, renowned for its nourishing care, partnered with Kanchize Design Studio to redesign its Anti-Dandruff Solution packaging. The challenge was to visually communicate 100% dandruff removal while upholding Dove’s promise of smooth, nourished hair, unlike typical harsh, chemical-heavy solutions.

Our Creative Solution:

Concept

  • Positioned as a dual-action solution—clinically proven dandruff control + micro-moisture nourishment.

Design Language

  • Introduced a yin-yang layout with two textures representing cleansing and care, emerging from a framed window to depict transformation.

Color Strategy

  • Blue for scalp cleansing; white for nourishment—visually dividing benefits in harmony.

Visual Assets

  • Created mnemonics for clinically proven actives and micro-moisture serum to reinforce trust.

Packaging Formats

  • Sachets and bottles designed with modern minimalism to enhance shelf clarity and consumer understanding.


Impact and Results:
The design balanced efficacy with softness, reinforcing Dove’s care-first positioning. It boosted shelf impact, variant recall, and consumer trust—solidifying Dove’s leadership in the anti-dandruff space.
